Cancellation Policy
We have a strict cancellation policy to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and manage our appointments efficiently. If you need to cancel or modify your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the scheduled time.

If you cancel or modify your appointment within this 48-hour timeframe, you will incur a 50% fee of the total cost of your appointment. Alternatively, if you have made a deposit to secure your appointment, cancellation or modification within this period may result in the loss of your deposit.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we do consider emergencies or exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis. However, to avoid any charges or losing your deposit, we encourage you to let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
